In connection with our provision of the Services, KOPE and its affiliates may engage third parties (each a “Subprocessor” or "Service Provider") to process your Personal Data. In certain circumstances an affiliate of KOPE may even be a Subprocessor. As a condition of permitting a Subprocessor to process your Personal Data, KOPE (and its affiliates as applicable) will enter into a written agreement with each Subprocessor containing data protection obligations at least as protective as the technical and organizational measures KOPE has put into place to protect your Personal Data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure or access.
All terms capitalized above, but not defined have the meaning set forth in KOPE's Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and/or your applicable customer agreement with KOPE.
